It may be a bat, but it is not an ordinary bat. The weapon itself is made out of strong metal and inside it is a core. This core builds up static electricity, allowing a ranging strength of static discharge from non lethal to deadly. Sometimes the bat can form a negative or positive charge, being able to pull in objects or pull itself towards objects of an opposite charge. If touching another object, the electricity from the bat can be used to give other objects a negative or positive charge.


Personality/Character Traits:

Candel is a calm and generally more conserved  and careful young woman. She is also a very stubborn person a times. She puts a lot of her heart into her work, whether it be repairing or building a machine or patching up a person. Though, at times when dealing with machines, she can turn into somewhat of a perfectionist, causing herself added stress in a place that doesn't need it.


Backstory/Biography:

Candel was born and raised within the Ash District, having both her parents and her younger sister by 4 years. Her mother and father own and work in one of the clinics within the Ash District, but her father only worked part time, his other job being a skilled craftsman/repairman.

Most of Candel's childhood comprised of attending school, helping out her family, tinkering with machines and wires like her father, and most importantly, keeping an eye on her little sister, Hatty. Candel had the interest of becoming a mechanic from a very young age, and learned to craft and repair machines from her father. Over the years she developed the skill to make what some would call questionable weaponry, but it was usually safe since she never let any of her projects out of her hands until it was deemed 'perfect' by her.

Once she reached the age of 18 she was already working at her parent's clinic for a couple of years now. Though, once she found out her little sister was going to join the newly forming gang, the Dragons, she wasn't going to let her go alone. Candel felt responsible to keep her little sister safe, and she also felt some personal pull to assist some friends who were also in the gang. From time to time she conflicts with the intentions of the group, but is still as loyal as they come towards it. She has been a Dragon since then.

Additional Information:

- Candel is a very advanced mechanic. Advanced being that she could make androids, robots, or weapons out of anything and everything. She's best at creating androids for battle, along with constructing unique weapons. She's also good a patching people up like a good medic.

- Candel often dyes her hair, usually keeping it some shade of blue. Her natural hair color being a dark brown.

- A good portion of Candel's body is covered in tattoos, 5 in total. The biggest is located on her back, that reaches up her neck, over the shoulders a bit, and also reaches down really low, past the pant line. Another tattoo is a continuation of the back pattern, wrapping around her upper left arm. The third is designed much scar patterns from a lightning strike, located on her left forearm and part of the back hand. The fourth tattoo is located on her front, reaching from where her neck and head meat to most of her front until just before reaching her chest. This one is tribal like and probably the one that a part of it can be seen the most above her collars. The last tattoo is one for her gang, located on her upper right arm to mid-forearm. This one depicts part of a Haxorus.

- As one could guess, Candel has a thing for tattoos. She loves tattoos of all kinds and designs. Usually the more elaborate and detailed, the more impressed she will be. She also has a close acquaintance in the tattoo business. Candel is most likely going to be the gang member to offer to take a new recruit for their gang binding tattoo.
